Billing & Insurance

What types of insurance do you take?

For speech therapy services, we are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Cigna.

What if I have a different insurance plan?

If we are not in-network with your plan, we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurer ahead of time to understand your benefits.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt of services that includes the diagnostic and billing codes your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. We're happy to provide one upon request.

Do you offer private pay options?

Yes, we accept private pay for all services. Please contact us for current rates.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand life happens — just reach out as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Sessions are held at our West Roxbury location, in the home, at school, or via telehealth, depending on the type of service and your family's needs.

How often will my child be seen?

Frequency is determined based on your child's individual goals and needs, and is discussed as part of building their personalized plan.
